ROCKING MY BRAIDS................

Hi Lovies!
How have you guys been ?well i have been down with flu and still had to be at work ...
Over the weekend i made this wonderful looking braids which is very different because in always on  weaves

i really am not a fan of braids cause its time consuming buh i had to make up my pretty mind and i tell u it was worth my time and effort.........

I know you  must have been wondering what kind of a person i am ...so today its LIFE AS I SEE IT Friday and I'm talking about me ,my life and what makes me different...
1.I am from a very modest family of 6...my Mum my dad and my big sis and two younger brothers
2.My best food is Beans and any thing and my favorite alcholic drink was "night train"buh now its "redlabel and coke on the rocks"yea call me a drunk i agree......
3.The saddest day of my life was on the 24th of May 2010 when my very loving and beautiful mum Mrs.Kingsley Isiokeufere  died  and left me alone in this world.
4.My happiest day is the day i would find true love ....
5.I have a special friend named Rukky Emekpe she loves me and always has my back...
6.The name of my male best friend is Eddie Ogbene though i call him Eddie Bongo!!!!! i always feel like a child when I'm wit him
7.My female best friend is Kelechi Okoro i call her my kelemi or my Kelekele nothing can come in-between us as we have gone true so much and we still come out stronger...
8.I am a strong person and a great fighter am also responsible for every action i take concerning my life ...
9.I love gifts ,flowers and dates ...not cos i am vain but because i feel so much love when im been spoilt like that
10.I have another very close friend called Halimat Ojo i all her Hallybaby she all anyone would want in a friend most importantly shes loyal to me ...
11.I use to be a very sickly child but now I'm a strong girl
12.I am a very good mother to my two younger brothers ..
13.My dream in life is to become a successful fashion designer and a mother of very beautiful kids .
14.I am an extremely good cook there hardly anything i cant prepare...
15.Everything makes me cry...When I'm very happy i cry,when I'm in pain i cry,when I'm sad i cry,when u show me so much love i cry......i know I'm crazy...I'm crying now..
16.I have a very strong moral value and i try to maintain it to the later....
17.I love organizing parties for friends and i value friendship so much...
18.I am 24yrs old ...do not let this big body fool you......
19.My daddy is the strongest ,cutest man i know......
20.I was brought up with so much love ....so I'm not settling for anything less than real love ......
21.I do not intend changing my name till i find a man who i can call my friend and confidant......so till then I'm still MISS KINGSLEY ..........

NERDY ME

Sorry i have been away , really missed blogging just that my work is getting more demanding by the day ...

Guess what i finally got to the eye clinic was surprised at how bad my eyes had become ,was so sad when he doctor  recommended glasses for me .what a blow to my fashion status..well hell no! i got thinking and decided to bring out the fashiondiva in me by choosing a very stylish nerd glasses...

HOW TO ROCK THE BRIGHT COLOR TREND.......

We all want to be seen wearing the latest trends of the season and this upcoming spring season is no exception. But what is a girl to do when one of the hottest trends entails wearing bright oranges, honeysuckle pinks, lemon yellows, and vibrant aquas? We want to wear them, but is it possible without looking completely ridiculous or too much like a box of crayons?  Nothing says springtime fun and sunshine like bright colors do  My favorite color trend this season is  pink, which is very bright . , and if you’re going to invest in one color this year, I’d go with honeysuckle pink because it will still be in style come next season

My personal favorite way to rock this trend is to wear a neutral-colored accessory. Think about pairing a dull dress with a bright belt, a bright handbag, bright shoes, or bright jewelry. And this also works in reverse: if you have on a bright aqua dress, keep the accessories more sophisticated and neutral.just like i did above i wore mine with a black waist belt and shoes to cool down the look same with my very gorgeous jenny.It is also very important to know what colors look good on you and flatter your skin tone, eye color, or hair. All colors do not look good on everyone, so stick to the one that works best for you. And my last tip is if you are wearing a bright top or dress, please no colored eyeshadow to match! Keep your makeup simple and your entire appearance will look effortlessly balanced....

 Good day sweeties how you all doing its Friday and i am already in my flexing mood what do u have in mind for today?well i have three celebrations this Friday and i do not even know which one to go and which one not too....ain't i lucky? i know i am  lolls
I am so excited today well i always am...but today  is special cos i cant wait to show u guys what i wore to work...
On my way home from work sometime last week i came across a store that sells boubous ,maxi dresses ,adire tops and other nice fabrics i couldn't help but stop by was more excited when i found out how affordable they were i hurriedly bought as much as i could afford ........

MY FASHION STYLE

Vintage is one word that describes my kinda style.....Vintage clothing is a generic term for fashion   originating from a previous era.
from dresses to shoes to jewelry .......i love colors  bold chunky embellishments ....am not pushing vintage style on anyone...but come on. So cute.

I tend to merge my retro style with a modern touch so it wouldn't come out "blur" and boring .....i just love the classy look of retro fashion but fused mine with a lil recency to make me pop........
